Research

Dr. Greg Cook
Assisted in writing, editing, and running of code to calculate numerical solutions to the Confluent Heun Equation and solved for the total transmission modes resulting from in-spiraling black hole binary systems.

Dr. Sam Cho
Performed simulations of the folding of tertiary structures of DNA with molecular dynamics (MD) and accelerated MD in order to compare various simulation methods with experimental data.
